These little dudes provide a great early food source for fry! The cultures are nearly self sustaining with very little input from you once they are set up! The master culture substrate is oatmeal and yeast.
I will add a mashed potato and yeast culture option for those that wish to purchase that culture. There is virtually no difference in the worm production of the substrates.
